Fu Lin Asian Cuisine is the only authentic Indo-Chinese restaurant in Charlotte, offering a unique fusion of two distinctively different forms of cooking that is the best to be found between Washington , DC and Atlanta . Fu Chen and Francis Lin, both Indian-born Chinese, bring over 20 years experience in marrying the Indian and Chinese cuisines to create an incredible culinary experience.

Menu offerings range from traditional Chinese dishes (like General Tso Chicken) and vegetarian dishes (such as Manchurian Vegetables) to Indian food with an Asian twist (for example, Indian Style Curry Fish or Chicken). Fu Lin also offers an array of rice and noodle dishes. One menu item that is a “must order” is the lentil soup. It's made with just the right combination of spices and then topped with cilantro. Their lunch menu - available until 3:00 pm - includes 24 specials served with a choice of white or fried rice.

This restaurant exemplifies a casual simplicity with a relaxing atmosphere that allows diners to feel comfortable. Fu Lin staff will happily adapt any menu item to personal taste preferences by altering spiciness or by making the item a vegetarian dish. Soups and entrees may be ordered in small or large portions. Halal meat (permissible under Islam) is available upon request for any dish.

Fu Lin is closed on Mondays, but offers continuous serving hours the other six days of the week. Whether you lean toward the exotic or the more traditional, they have something delicious to offer all tastes.
